Subprocessors

Big Spawn LLC (“Big Spawn”) uses the following third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to deliver the BigSpawn platform. We require all subprocessors to maintain confidentiality and security standards consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and with applicable data-protection law.
This page is the authoritative list. If a vendor is not on this list, we are not currently using them to process customer data.

The final column identifies the service provider's contracting or listed legal-entity location. It is not a promise that every processing operation or data copy remains in that country. Applicable international transfers are governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
Notification policy
We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new subprocessor that handles Customer Personal Data, by updating this page. Customers may also subscribe to email notifications by sending a request to subprocessor-updates@bigspawn.com from the email address associated with their account.
Customers who object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds may exercise the termination rights described in the Data Processing Addendum.
